Privacy notice
How Stonewall handles website information.
Effective July 16, 2026
1. Who this notice covers
This notice explains how Stonewall Service Group LLC (“Stonewall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information submitted through the Stonewall Agents website, early-access funnel, and related sales communications. A separate customer agreement may govern information processed by a configured agent after a business purchases implementation services.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the qualification form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, work email, company, industry, team size, preferred agent name, workflow description, current tools, estimated hours, deployment preference, AI-provider preference, budget, timing, call request, and design-partner interest.
We also record limited first-party events needed to understand and operate the funnel, such as page views, completed form steps, submitted requests, and checkout-button clicks. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this website.
3. How we use information
We use website information to evaluate whether a proposed workflow is a suitable fit, contact the person or company that submitted it, provide requested information, operate and improve the sales funnel, prevent abuse, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Email communications
We use Resend to deliver transactional messages, including lead confirmations and internal lead notifications. Information needed to deliver those messages—such as an email address, sender, recipient, subject, and message content—is processed by Resend for email delivery and related security and deliverability functions.
These messages concern a request you submitted or a related service transaction. We do not use the early-access form to enroll you in unrelated marketing email lists.
5. Payments
Payments are completed on checkout pages operated by Stripe. Stonewall does not receive or store your complete card number through this website. Stripe processes payment, billing, fraud-prevention, receipt, and subscription-management information under its own terms and privacy practices.
6. Hosting and storage
Lead records and first-party event records are stored in the managed hosting and database environment used by this website. Service providers may process limited information only as needed to provide hosting, security, database, email, payment, and related operational services.
7. When information may be shared
We may share information with service providers acting for us, with professional advisers where appropriate, when required by law or valid legal process, to investigate fraud or security threats, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of relevant business assets.
We do not sell website-submission information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for lead evaluation, communication, service delivery, security, business records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods may differ depending on whether a person becomes a customer and whether records relate to a purchase or contract.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the website and the information collected. No online system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, regulated records, or sensitive third-party information through the qualification form.
10. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to identity verification and records we must retain for legal, security, contractual, or accounting purposes. You may also ask us to stop non-required communications.
11. External services and links
The website may link to Stripe, Resend, AI providers, or other external services. Those services control their own sites and process information under their own policies. Their privacy and security practices are not controlled by Stonewall.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the service, website, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required.
13. Contact
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to stonewallservicegroup@gmail.com.
